Music supervision, placement, synch, trailers – all the options of working your music on a variety of platforms has become extremely important for the music industry. Therefore we’re happy to announce yet another round of speed meetings with leading music supervisors from “Hollywood and “”outskirts” like New York, Paris, Amsterdam, Berlin and London” – as our guests for “Meet The Music Supervisors 3.0″-speed-meetings.

Biographies:

 

Sander van Maarschalkerweer
Sander is the founder and ceo of Sizzer Amsterdam. Sizzer is a music company working in the advertising and film industry. With a network of established composers and offbeat artists Sizzer creates music for moving images. Under Sander’s leadership Sizzer has become a trusted partner for many creative agencies in Amsterdam, Berlin, Hamburg, London and Paris.

 

Pascal Mayer
During his 12 years spent in the music business Pascal was Marketing Director at UNIVERSAL, Managing Director of the VOGUE Label and Marketing and Promotion Director of the EASTWEST Label at WARNER Music France.
In January 2009 he founded NOODLES which in 6 years supervised and/or produced original scores for more than 60 Movies and TV series.

 

Clément Souchier
Founder of the first French smart radio online (Soundicate) and music composer for the movie and advertising industry, Clément Souchier created Creaminal, the independent music for picture agency in 2004.
For over 10 years, Creaminal’s team of music supervisors has been accompanying directors, creatives and producers in their musical choices for advertising, cinema and video games.

 

Jesper Gadeberg
Jesper is one of the world’s leading music stylists, assembling commercial soundtracks for firms ranging from American Airlines to Guinness and Absolut Vodka.
He developed his passion and knowledge of music while working in a record shop in Copenhagen and now specifies sound effects, discovering tracks and brokering deals between producers and artists from around the world.

 

Nis Bøgvad
Med over 27 år i bagagen, har Nis arbejdet med alle aspekter af musikbranchen; fra storsælgende artist, sangskriver, producer og musiker, over A&R-chef og en del af det europæiske A&R-udvalg på det nu hedengange EMI, til producer af musik til TV, og som international music supervisor. I 2014 grundlagde han Copenhagen Film Music, der arbejder med musikrettigheder til filmindustrien.

 

Mark Allen
Mark is Creative Director at ThinkSync Music, an independent music licensing, music supervision and placement service for Films, Games, TV, Advertisements, Virals and Instore Playlists. ThinkSync Music was formed over nine years ago and was born out of a group of traditional publishing companies. It has grown into one of the most active placement and licensing companies in London with a global outreach.

Sanaz Lavaedian
Sanaz Lavaedian is a Music Supervisor at mOcean based in Los Angeles. As an LA native, Sanaz has always been captivated with the symbiotic relationship between music and visual media. After graduating from UCLA, she set her sights on music supervision for Film/TV & Trailers. Sanaz started as music coordinator for Robin Kaye’s SynchroniCity in 2009. In 2010 Sanaz joined Reel Music.

 

Rebecca Rienks
Rebecca is a music supervisor at NBCUniversal, overseeing all music content for E! Entertainment Television including music for marketing, branding and programming.
She serves as a supervisor/creative executive on a variety of E! flagship shows such as Keeping Up with the Kardashians. Working closely with A-list artists and emerging acts Rebecca focuses on a 360° music perspective.

 

Natalie Cervelli
Natalie is the senior director of film & TV music at Sony/TV, Cervelli where she brings together artists with TV and film projects. She has helped make connections for TV shows like “The O.C.” to trailers like ‘The Lego Movie.”
Other examples of her matchmaking include Angus & Julia Stone’s “‘Love Will Take You” with “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 1” and “No One Ever Loved” by Lykke Li with “The Fault in Our Stars”.

 

Yasmine Gallus
Yasmine is heading the Sync Department at Budde Music in Berlin and London for 8 years now. Budde Music is the biggest independent publisher in Germany – that represents artists like Apparat, Aurora, Alphaville, Alle Farbe, IAMNOBODI, Richie Hawtin, Henrik Schwarz, Asbjørn, Fritz Kalkbrenner, Fé and many more.

 

Susan Schwartz
Susan has spent the last 7 years running the music department at the global entertainment consulting and procurement firm, which represent corporate clients such as P&G, Microsoft, Crown Imports, Citibank and various ad agencies, where she handles music supervision and licensing.

 

Simon Singleton
Simon has worked in the music industry for over 10 years, mainly with artists and rights holders plus marketing campaigns and brand/artist relationships. 
For 8 years, he managed one of the UK’s leading independent record shops Pure Groove and is currently the Music Editor at global music marketing agency FRUKT in its FIXERS team, which deals with all matters talent and rights.
