The SPOT Festival launches a new, dedicated area for the international and Danish industry and media professionals; SPOT+

In keeping with the name, SPOT+ will be the setting for a strengthened industry part of the SPOT Festival.

SPOT+ collects the Danish, Nordic and international industry and media in one area, with exclusive access for SPOT+ guests. The purpose is to give industry and media professionals excellent conditions for networking, meetings, business lunches and dinners, and so forth. And only a stone’s throw from the SPOT Festival venues.

Likewise, MXD – Music Export Denmark – and many other representatives from the Danish and international music industry, will host networking meetups in the SPOT+ Area.

SPOT+ also means an upgrade of the conference and seminar programme. During the daytime, on May 1st and 2nd, SPOT+ will host a packed conference and seminar programme focusing on hot topics such as STREAMING, BRANDING and SYNCH – including the popular speed meetings with top music supervisors from France, the USA, and the UK.

The opportunities and challenges regarding streaming will be treated at a seminar, brand co-operation within music gets a full programme – including an exciting seminar on co-operation with the fashion industry – and SPOT Film will focus on the challenges and opportunities of the film industry now and in the future.

As Daily Manager of the SPOT Festival Gunnar Madsen says;

– In recent years, the SPOT Festival has received even more attention from both the Danish and the international music industry. We’re very happy about this development, and that’s why we now increase our efforts to create the best possible framework for networking, meetings, knowhow, and business. Our goal is to create an even better business environment for the Danish and international industry during the festival.

SPOT+ is located in a separate area of the SAS Radisson Blu Hotel (read more here).

Behind SPOT+ are: SPOT Festival, FilmbyAarhus, Promus and MXD – Music Expert Denmark – in co-operation with Shareplay, Headstart Fashion CHAPELLE, KODA, etc.
